We also receive basic technical and usage information when you consent to analytics cookies.

Our lawful bases

Who receives information

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted unless there is a lawful reason to keep them longer. Records connected with quotations, authorised work, payments, warranties, disputes or legal and tax obligations may be kept for the applicable statutory or business-record period.
